Our family. Our land. Our responsibility.
The House of Sengottaian was created to bring our family farm directly to customers. For many years the land has produced through its mango trees, coconut groves, timber and infrastructure — and, like many traditional farms, much of that produce moved quietly through local trading channels. We want to build something more direct and lasting.
So the farm's identity doesn't disappear between growers and markets.
We want customers to know four simple things about their food.
Where their food comes from
How it was grown
Who selected it
Who stands behind its quality
That is why we created The House of Sengottaian.
Sengottaian
Our family name · "a red fort"
"The House of Sengottaian" represents both our family and the home of everything we grow and create. It is not only a product name — it is the identity we want to build for the next generation.

Traditional land, strengthened with better systems.
Behind the farm is Mr. Sengottaian, together with the Sengottaian family. The intention is not to abandon traditional farming — it is to strengthen it, generation after generation.
“My father purchased this land. Today, my grandsons and granddaughters sit on this same farm.”
Mr. Sengottaian
More than the income from one harvest.
The trees, soil, water, buildings and land itself are long-term family assets. Coconut and mango provide production; timber is a wealth reserve; the drying yard and storage add operational value. We want the estate to remain productive without becoming chaotic.
Every new idea earns its place through a process.
Vegetables, bees, poultry, goats, fish, mushrooms and value-added products are all possible future layers — but each must make practical and financial sense before it grows.
